These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of indieSeen (indieseen.com). By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

indieSeen is a discovery and showcase platform for independent projects.

We do not process payments or host downloads for sale on the platform (external links are your responsibility).

The service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must be at least 13 years old. If under 18, you should use the service with parental consent.

You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Email verification may be required for publishing and certain interactions.

You represent that you have the rights or permissions for content you upload.

You understand that your projects and profile may be publicly visible.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and technically process your content on the platform.

You remain solely responsible for your content.

Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, spam, malware, or deceptive material.

Infringement of intellectual property rights.

Attempting to compromise platform security, abusive scraping, or service misuse.

Fake accounts, rating manipulation, or bot activity.

We may remove, hide, or suspend content or accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Moderation may include user reports and automated checks.

The indieSeen name, logo, and platform design are ours; do not use them without permission.

You retain ownership of your user content.

Project links to external sites (GitHub, Steam, itch.io, etc.) are governed by those sites' terms.

We are not liable for third-party services.

The platform is provided as is and as available.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of user content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

You may close your account at any time when account deletion is available.

We may suspend or delete accounts for violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Courts in Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on the site.

Material changes may be announced by email when feasible.
